Can I put hand painted items in the dishwasher? TOP
Even though each item is baked in the oven in order to set the paint, I would recommend that you hand wash each item in warm soapy water. Doing so will ensure that the designs stay intact and colorful for the life of your glass.
How long will it take to get my order? TOP
Please allow at least 72 hours from confirmation of order to shipping date.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless you email me and request faster service. When expedited service is requested, any extra shipping cost will be charged to you.

How can I replace an item damaged in shipping? TOP
Please check your items carefully upon receiving them. If you have an item that is damaged in shipping, email or call me within 24 hours and I will have it picked up. Upon receiving the damaged item, I will send a replacement.
Can I customize a design or choose my own colors? TOP
Absolutely! The sky is the limit !!! Choose colors from the color chart and email or call me with your custom favorites. I paint custom orders everyday, so do not hestitate to get exactly what you want in the colors that match your decor.

Can I have my favorite sports team logo printed on stemware? TOP
Team logos are copyright protected and franchised therefore I cannot paint team logos; however, I am happy to paint team colors on any design.
